- Select the 3/8" AR500 version if your shooting centerfire rifles or the 1/4" AR400 version if you're shooting rimfire or non-magnum pistols
- Barbed hook keeps your target secure without dampening its ring like chain, belt or springs
- Slides onto 3/4" EMT Conduit or Black Pipe

This kit comes with everything you need to mount your new target but the conduit/pipe which you can easily and cheaply source at your local hardware store. If this is your preferred method of hanging targets this is the mount I recommend most. I guarantee this setup will last longer and ring louder than any other target hanger out there!

Whether you shoot at distance with a rifle, or up close and personal with pistols, this setup allows quick target acquisition and a satisfying report to confirm you’re making hits. I like that the most likely parts to get damaged are easily replaceable and reasonably priced. The gongs I purchased have held up suuuuuper well to all kinds of rifle and pistol ammo.

This target stand is the greatest! It supports the smaller pig target I have as well as both of the larger pig targets in both 3/8" and 1/2". Easy to set up, just push the legs out as far they can go to make the target stand VERY sturdy. It will be a little wobbly when you first set it up, but it's the weight of the steel target that makes it rigid. The hose clamps are how you adjust the hooks for different sized targets.

Who would have thought to use emt for a steel hanger?? Not me that's for sure. I've used tposts and wood forever but I like creating scenarios and changing my range up frequently. I had plenty of emt so this was a no brainer!! The versatility/durability of this style hanger is my absolute favorite on the website! Thanks Brad!!

I bought a AR500 Gong Hanger Kit - Single or Double Hooks and it ROCKS! Love it. Its light weight, Easy set Up and take down for travel. It is strong and hold three steal plates No Problem. I had to laugh when I shot a Blue Gofer target with a .45 APC. It started spinning around about seven times really fast with no problems did not fall off or get tangled. Trouble free!

Superb quality. Appreciate that one uses 3/4" conduit or gas pipe for the legs, way stiffer than 1/2".

Just bought another set of stands, couple of hooks and two more gongs. Now I have two complete sets and can setup long range and shorter range at the same time. I broke the edges of the two pipe stand pieces, and they fit the conduit just perfect. Fast to setup and take down. Love shooting steel. Will only go back to paper for initial zeros.

This is my favorite kit for hanging my targets-I just ordered two more kits. Just go pickup black pipe at your nearest Lowes or Menards store and save yourself from paying shipping on pipe.

I bought this and some gongs and hooks to upgrade a friend's target rack. They love it a lot and like to move it so they can shoot in different places, and can easily move it to mow.

Works good. I cut 5, 5' pieces . Gets the targets up above the grass.

Dead simple to set up. I simply bought 5 pieces of 5' conduit and assembled it in about 5 minutes. Completely stable. Don't go short on the legs. I'm pleased with this setup.

This target system is amazing! I've tried other stands that have nuts and bolts holding together a frame or holding the gongs. You quickly find out that hardware is consumable as "lucky" shots take out the bolt or chains. This system reduces the consumable parts to EMT conduit, black steel pipe, and hose clamps. With the positioning of the hose clamps, I don't see them getting damaged too often.
Setup and teardown of the system is a breeze too. Might need a mallet to get the brackets out of the conduit, but it beats getting out the wrenches. The system is easy to move and packs down really well.
I've had a shot or two smack the target hook ends poking through the target and they held up well. Very nice steel.
I highly recommend this target stand if you're an avid shooter. It will last you a very long time.
