Sight In Target - Rimfire Edition

Akin to that one specialty tool in your tool box that does one job that you are capable of doing a different way with standard tools, but when you get the specialty tool you wonder why it took you so long to buy it. I love this thing

Worked best for me by making one shot per hole to get a more accurate representation of where I miss. Three to five shot groups worked well if I shot every other hole. Great Target and love the stands!

If you do not have one of these you need to correct that. They are awesome targets for everything from site in as designed of a DSF target as I will be using it. The base is awesome as well. This is one of the best targets in my kit. I will probably buy a couple more this year.

I considered painting one side black and one side white so I could better see holes regardless of whether there was a light or dark background. This is better. I sprayed on rattle-can bedliner and inserted white plastic 6mm hole plugs for high contrast aim points. The perfect target for my Vudoo .22LR. Thanks, Brad!

Purchased this target and a couple of swingers for my backyard range. I have been shooting the sighting target and enjoy both the visual and audible response. The target and stands are well manufactured. I would recommend them for air gunners as they provide a very positive stop and a little rubber matting placed behind it deadens the ringing.

100% would buy again! Ordering was easy, I had the shipping notice almost immediately. Very happy with how the target arrived. Ships securely packaged and all the steel was deburred and in the raw as promised. I shot it a few times and took it to our local NRL22 match so that others could zero on it as well. I've had issues with paper targets and other zero boards falling in the wind. The quality and heft of it stayed perfectly even in the 20+ mph winds. Setting it up is quick and easy, I substituted the bolts for latch pins, for speedy setup at matches and laying flat for transport. After talking with those who used it, who's feedback was positive, we'll be investing in a few more of them as a club to allow members to zero on in the morning!

Degreased/cleaned it up and painted it white and hung it at 50 yds. It is a blast to shoot!! Moved my Atlas KYL out to 75 yds and 1-4” steel targets out to two hundred yds.

I set up the rimfire sight in target at 50 yards. I chose a white paint with a hint of grey so that I could identify my targets from the club targets. My Leupold 4.5-14 EFR scope could not always identify the bullet impact. I could see the 1inch bullet splash, but not always the dark 22inch mark. I was shooting CCI Std velocity round nose. Also sometimes the aiming point (the hole) looked just like the bullet impact. At that point, I switched to the next un-shot aiming hole. If you want to confirm zero with one shot per aiming point this is the target for you. Or you could dial a few clicks so that your aiming point won't be mixed with impacts. Or maybe I just need a higher zoom.

Ordered on Saturday arrived on Wednesday, already painted!!!!!!
Atlas has become my go to place for steel targets. The only problem is he makes to much awesome new stuff and I don’t have room to store it.

Great for checking gun before a match. Perfect for people looking to ditch paper.

I ordered 4 targets with a custom hole added. I was told they would get them done that week. The next weekend it the order wasn't done so I called and added 2 larger targets to the order. I was told that would get them out tomorrow. I waited a week, still hadn't worked on my targets so I canceled The order. They get two stars because while they failed to work on the targets when they said they would, the promptly canceled the order.

Works great, wish I had one years ago. it's hands down the best, most useful target I've ever bought. What a great idea for a rimfire target with lots of small spots to site in on!

You can even Put a screw through one of the holes and thru a toe warmer on the other side and you get a great, pinpoint thermal target for you're thermal scope. Don't put the warmer against the target or you get a big hot spot. The screw for the thermal scope works so well I ordered 4 more 4" targets with a single screw hole to set up at multiple distances.

Quality all the way! Super easy setup with multiple hanging/ mounting options.
I shoot mainly airguns and find the target perfect for pellet testing

Use this for my PCP air rifle range. Works perfectly and has a nice gong to it. Will be buying another in the near future for my distance portion of the range.

I love this target. This is my second one. The first one worked so well I ordered another one to have at my ranch. Paper targets are a pain. This one is always ready to check the zero on my rifle before going out to hunt. Fast shipping and a great product. What more could you want?

If you have the knowledge and skills you could of made this yourself, but then you wouldn't be looking at this. It's a great target and I waited a long time to buy, until I realized I would never get around to cutting and drilling the steel. Happy to have supported and setup is a breeze.

Once you're zeroed, the top mounting holes are fun targets to send rounds through.

If you're on the fence about getting this just get it it's worth it! everything is made excellent and and if you get the hanging base with it it's made just as well. Precisely cut. Nice! Still I can't say enough good things about it. They aren't painted so make sure you have paint so it doesn't rust up

My order arrived from USPS with a damaged box and missing the product ordered. I contacted Brad with my dilemma. He immediately assured me he would send another target and even covered the extra shipping cost, which I offered to pay to have shipped UPS instead of USPS. Product was great. Will order again. After purchasing and using the 12" rimfire sight in target along with the rimfire stake base single hook I find shooting at them is not only a thoroughly enjoyable event, but a great idea too. Not having to go down range to replace targets or add patches makes it more enjoyable because I'm disabled and walking is a chore. Thank you for great and useful products.

What a great idea for a target, I wish I had thought of it. Excellent design, quality, and customer service. I can't recommend Atlas high enough, it is always a five-star experience.

Well I live in Alaska. It's been down to -22 here for a couple of weeks, snowing and blowing. So,, I have not had the chance to shoot at this. What I can say is the quality of the unit is very good and the costumer service is EXCELLENT. I will be ordering more for sure..

No more paper target quality is what I expected just like all his target

Great target- just give it a coat of fresh paint and you’re good to go again. Ordered a 2nd after someone accidentally shot the 1st with a 30-06 (actually held up at 30 yards, but put a pretty big ding in it). Great target- has taken close to 1000 rounds now. The reactive motion and noise makes sighting in so fun!

This target was everything I was hoping for it to be. Easy to set up, and works great! Would easily recommend this over paper any time.
