As much as we love shooting steel, paper targets will always have their place on the range. These stake pockets will support 1x2's or lathe securely and won't blow down in the wind!
I ordered 20 of the stake pockets. I received them in a timely fashion. We used them for the opening night of our Defensive Pistol League and they worked great! Easy set up and take down and they hold up targets well in a fair amount of wind. They don't take up much room for storage which is a huge plus. Absolutely recommend these!!

The steak pockets are a great way to hang large target that move or fall. I recommend them over the for sale sign target hangers you see everywhere.

1"x2" target stand stakes
I was able to use the target stand stakes the other day, and they worked great. After using them, I would suggest adding an inch to the overall stake length and bending that part over at a 90 degree angle to provide an area to catch your foot if you want to push them into the ground using your foot.
